The High Street Gallery will host an exhibition of drawings by Sheila Busceme on Friday, April 29, from 7-10 p.m. at the Victoria Houston, 2110 Victoria St., Beaumont.

“If I were to describe it, the closest descriptive word I could come up with would be ‘eclectic,’” said Busceme, a self-taught artist from Beaumont. “I love to explore different media. Some methods stay with me; some do not. As of now, I work in colored pencil, wax pastel, oil pastel, acrylics and sometimes watercolor.”
