It’s time for the Garth House’s 25th annual Pour Les Enfants on Thursday, Nov. 19, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Garth House at 1895 McFadden Ave. in Beaumont. Tickets start at $100. Enjoy a fantastic dinner along with chances to take home some wonderful items in the live and silent auction, all for a good cause. Proceeds benefit the Garth House, Mickey Mehaffy Children’s Advocacy Program.

The Alzheimer’s Association of Southeast Texas is hosting its fourth annual Family Portrait Luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at the MCM Eleganté (2355 Interstate 10 Access Road) in Beaumont with registration and seating at 11 a.m.

The public is invited to purchase tickets to the event that will raise funds to battle Alzheimer’s disease and assist those dealing with the debilitating condition.

With the Cardinals coming off a 55-7 victory over Houston Baptist, there is plenty to celebrate, as the team returns home to host the Nicholls Colonels on Saturday night at 6 p.m. at Provost Umphrey Stadium.
