Family. That’s what you feel like when you go to Hard Bean Coffee in Lumberton. And that’s exactly what owner Diane Martin had in mind when she opened the coffee shop last February.


When Lenny Caballero was named City of Beaumont event facility coordinator in June of 2013, he had a vision.

“Some of my goals when I became director of event facilities was to hire the best staff in the world, bring quality entertainment at affordable prices and bring people to downtown Beaumont,” he said.

Just this year, Caballero and staff has hosted concerts such as Pat Benatar, the Beach Boys and Jerry Lee Lewis.
