Yes, it is that wonderful time of the year again when those green leaves in the trees surprise us with how much they grow every day, and birds just everywhere with their antics. And we are getting very busy in the yard. It can even be overwhelming. Hopefully, you have clipped dead branches and prepared a little section of your yard for growing some new little seedlings, even if it is some pots with brand new potting soil.

Q. Is it true that medical bills or accounts are not allowed to remain on your credit report for more than four years in the state of Texas?

A. It is not true. Medical bills are basically the same as any other debt. They stay on your credit report for seven years. There is a four-year statute of limitations for filing a lawsuit for a debt; however, the fact that you cannot be sued does not mean you no longer owe the debt, and it will not become “obsolete” and removed from your credit report for seven years.

Jaxson, a handsome, friendly male weighing about 44 pounds, knows some commands. He’s a very playful dog and loves to get belly rubs, as you can see. He can walk on a leash very well and strut his good looks. An assertive dog, he can be a little picky about who he wants to be doggie friends with. He’s the best of both worlds, with the energy of a boxer and a big ol’ bucket of love like a pitty. Jaxson No. 29014
