There is a lot of monkey business in this movie, and I see a trend developing. First, the little pirate monkey in “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides,” and now the cute primate that latches on to the lost boys of “H2.” One thing is for sure: If the show’s not funny, you can always cut to the monkey.

Jack Sparrow to you, as he reminds us frequently during this fourth installment of one of Disney’s most successful franchises. Already there is rumor of a fifth film underway, and with record-breaking box office earnings in its first weekend, it’s a sure bet you haven’t seen the last of Cap’n Jack.
Since when does a chick flick and a “R” rating go together? It’s a melding of the merry minds of Judd Apatow, the king of bromance, and Kristen Wiig, one of SNL’s most talented performers.
