Deadline for entries is Feb. 3. Have your art seen by thousands during Southeast Texas Mardi Gras!

Ted Ellis is returning to the Museum of the Gulf Coast, and he’s bringing friends.

Because of their passion for art education, three highly successful African-American artists who have won accolades and exhibited both regionally and on the national stage are coming to Port Arthur to share their work— and its message of perseverance and hope. The exhibition runs from Feb. 3 – April 28.
