With a starting MSRP of $42,400, the popular Infiniti QX60 continues to stand out in the luxury crossover segment with its three-row utility and premium features.

For 2015, the QX60 received an available high-contrast Wheat interior, accenting the predominant Wheat coloring with contrasting black areas such as carpeting, floor trim, lower door finishers, lower cargo and hatch trim, and second- and third-row seatback carpet. It is also available with a Graphite interior.

Seven-passenger luxury

Along with its design and craftsmanship, the Infiniti QX60 offers three-row luxury. Interior dimensions for the QX60 include 60.4 inches of second-row shoulder room, 55.8 inches of second-row hip room and 41.7 inches of second-row legroom. Third row dimensions are 57.1 inches of shoulder room, 42 inches of hip room and 30.8  inches of legroom.

Cargo volume for the QX60 is 15.8 cubic feet behind the third row, 40.8 cubic feet with third row folded and 76.5 cubic feet with second and third rows folded.

Combining elegance and craftsmanship, key interior design features include leather-appointed seating for all three rows, thin chrome accents, six-speaker audio system (a Bose premium audio system is available), tri-zone automatic temperature control and much more.

Stylish design

Exterior features include stylish 18-inch split five-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels — standard on every QX60 — as well as available 20-inch split five-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels. Other exterior highlights include a bold front chrome grille, chrome door handles and chrome window moldings. Additionally, three new exterior colors are offered (seven total): Hermosa Blue, Graphite Shadow and Majestic White.

Under the hood

The standard 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine is rated at 265 horsepower and 248 foot-pounds of torque. Fuel economy is rated at 27 mpg on the highway, 21 mpg in the city and 23 mpg combined for the FWD model, and 26 mpg on the highway, 19 mpg in the city and 22 mpg combined for the AWD model.
