Bringing Back the Memories Car Show at City Hall, Beaumont December 2nd

Bringing Back the Memories Car Show is on Dec 2nd at City Hall

The Beaumont City Hall parking lot will be filled with some smooth rides this weekend as the Bringing Back the Memories Car Show will be held there Saturday, Dec. 2, from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and will also feature games and amusements for kids. Come see some great cars with officers from the Beaumont Police Department. All proceeds will benefit the BPD’s Cops & Kids Program, which is designed around the idea of teaching children that law enforcement officers are friends and protectors. “All of the youth outreach work we do through the Beaumont Police Department Cops & Kids Program is done with funds donated by local businesses and community leaders or through other fund raising efforts,” said Police Chief Jimmy Singletary. “We appreciate the organizers of our upcoming car show for helping us raise money for these important programs – because at the Beaumont Police Department, we believe that every child has the right to know that a police officer is a friend and protector. We hope that the community will come out and enjoy this event with us Saturday.
