Inside Beacher's Madhouse

You’ve always heard the stories of sightings of Sasquatch, Loch Ness, and the Chupacabra. Then, there’s Beacher’s Madhouse. But unlike the mythical characters, or so we think they are, this world is filled with dancing mascots, flying oompa loompas, knife throwers, contortionists who shoot bow & arrows with their feet, tiny performers such as Mini Psy, Mini Milli Vanilli, the world’s smallest stripper and more than you party mind could imagine.

Where is this popular playground where celebs love to hang out? It’s Beacher’s Madhouse inside the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. A $10 million renovation of the Crazy Horse Paris is now the hottest show in Vegas, which opened Dec. 27 with a special guest host named Miley Cyrus. The show has become so popular, Jeff Beacher and Co. has opened the 8,500-sq foot party playhouse to four nights a week every Thursday-Sunday with two shows per night through Dec. 31.

The Examiner was granted permission in January to bring our cameras inside, and what we saw were scenes straight out of the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Don’t blink. You might miss something.
