National country recording artist Lonestar will headline Freedom Fest outside at Ford Pavilion on Sunday, Oct. 30, with gates opening at 2 p.m. Lawn seats are $5, and seating under the pavilion will be $25. Tickets for the event can be purchased online at eventbrite.com or at Ford Park. From Nashville, Lonestar has charted 20 hits including “No News,” “Come Cryin’ to Me,” “Smile,” “Amazed,” “What About Now” and more. Also performing will be local acts David Joel, and Generations. The event is a fundraiser for the Jefferson County Republican Party. There will be guest speakers including Rep. Randy Weber, County Republican Party Chairman Dr. Garrett Peel, Rep. Brian Babin, State Rep. Dade Phelan, State Sen. Dr. Charles Schwertner, Mark “Oz” Geist, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn and Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick.
