Honda’s best-selling Odyssey seats up to eight

With a starting MSRP of $28,975, the Honda Odyssey rolls into 2015 with style and efficiency. The 2015 Honda Odyssey is available in several trims, including LX, EX, EX-L and Touring/Touring Elite, with seating for up to eight in most trims (the LX offers seating for seven).

The 2015 Odyssey features a 3.5-liter, 24-valve V-6 engine producing 248 hp at 5,700 rpm and 250 foot-pounds of torque at 4,800 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission for EPA fuel-economy ratings of 19 mpg in city, 28 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg combined.

Outside, the Honda Odyssey sports a stylish, polished look with a sleek profile, body-color-matched side mirrors and bright chrome trim. Exterior colors include Alabaster Silver Metallic, White Diamond Pearl, Dark Cherry Pearl, Obsidian Blue Pearl and more.

Additionally, the LX model features 17-inch steel wheels with covers, while EX and EX-L models utilize 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels. Touring and Touring Elite models feature 18-inch premium aluminum alloy wheels.

Inside, comfort and convenience abound. Amenities include features such as a tri-zone automatic climate control, available push-button start and all-season floor mats, chrome door handles, available cargo mat and door sill trim, and three interior color schemes: gray, truffle and beige.

Furthermore, audio system output is 240 watts for Odyssey LX, 270 watts for EX, EX-L and EX-L RES, and 246 watts for EX-L Navi and Touring. The premium audio system in the Odyssey Touring Elite has 650 watts. All audio systems have seven speakers except for the Touring Elite, which features 12 speakers.

Comfort includes generous seating and cargo accommodations. Legroom is 40.9 inches in the middle row and 42.4 inches in the third row. Additionally, shoulder room is 63.5 inches in the middle row and 60.9 inches in the third row, and hip room is 66.1 inches in the middle and 48.4 inches in the third row.

Cargo volume is 38.4 cubic feet behind the third row, 93.1 cubic feet behind second row or 148.5 cubic feet behind first row.
