The Baptist Hospitals Foundation, under the helm of Kim Moncla and chairs Faiza and Syed Anwar, successfully pulled off another fantastic La Soiree. Creative gala designers extraordinaire Lynda Moncla, Melissa Edwards, Maureen Winchell and Stephanie Allen transformed the Beaumont Civic Center into a wonderful speakeasy scene complete with antique autos out front, and incredible feathered chandeliers hanging throughout the interior. Guests certainly got into the flapper era with fringed short and long dresses, headbands, and spats and suspenders for the gents. Luck be a lady tonight rang true for precious Lindsay Wortham, who was the lucky winner of a diamond tennis bracelet provided by Mathews Jewelers. Lovely ladies Kelli Arfeen, Ayna Parsons, Charlotte Levine, Wendy Brasher, Robin Chandler, Rinal Doshi and Nicole Hancock worked the fashion runway in gowns of their choice. Lamar dancers had the crowd sitting straight up in their seats as they performed a clever Charleston and several other dances of the era. Bando’s Catering provided guests with a scrumptious meal, and Party Crashers filled the dance floor with revelers until the wee hours of the evening. Having a blast were Pam and Jim Willis, Qamar Arfeen, Regina Rogers, Msonthi Levine, David Sherrod, Regina and Bobby McGallion, Nanette and Terry Vaughn, Brittany and Kelly Teakell, Scarlett and Wyatt Snider, Yvette and Frank Crorey, Roxanne and Eric Hellberg, Tracy and Mark Patten, Lori and Allan Higgins, Ashley and Ben Case, Laine and Robbie Morrison, Jennifer Pate, Chelsea and Nathan Brandimarte, Jennifer and Luke Nichols, Imad Sarkis and Wendy Muller, Kevin and Maryanne Laine, Virginia and Ralph Jordan Gerri and Clint Talbot, Cheryl and Robert Bertrand, Taryn and Henry Hebert, Norma Sampson, Haley Sooudi, Kate Davis, Allison and Mike Gilbert, Yolanda and Chris Dowdy, Robyn Reyes and Tyler Troutman, Maryann and Kevin Laine, Becky and Rodney Ames, Michael Perez, Lisa and George Swanson, Andrea Ordonez, Erin Morales, Lisa and Jay Wilson, Susan and Wayne Margolis, Lisa and Brent Coon, Jan Dodson, Aggie and Young In, Gina In, Natalie Greenberg, Julie Toups, Debbie and Andy Bogan, Sierra and Jefferson Fisher, Kristi and Chris Davis, Jean and Dennis Moncla, Allison and Josh Rollins, Kelly McGlaun and Elias Sarkis, Amanda and Raleigh Johnson, Jane and Dan Parker, Melody and Pat Parsons, Karen and Tommy Neild, Crystal and Logan King, Kelly and Mike Roebuck, Sheree and Vernon Pierce, Ashley and Beakal Alemayehu, Sheri and Eddie Arnold, Tammy and Scott Crutchfield, Elizabeth and Russ Waddill, Jordan and Bryan Gaspard and too many more to mention.
