Kountze FFA hosting fundraiser The Kountze High School FFA will hold a fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 10, at the Kountze Intermediate School campus. From 10 a.m. until, they will serve a ribeye steak sandwich with chips and a drink for $8, and a link and drink for $5.

GOOD NEWS | Little Cypress school gets book vending machine

Little Cypress Intermediate (LCIS) received a grant from the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Education Foundation for a book vending machine. A ribbon cutting to unveil the new machine was held Jan. 27, with LCM Education Foundation Secretary Amberly Craft attending.
