An early morning traffic stop resulted in the arrest of two Beaumont residents, reported the Beaumont Police Department. Jan. 18, Keith Allen Fowler Jr., 30, and his passenger, Ty’Keyah Alliyanna Coleman, 23, were arrested when officers stopped them in the 1900 block of Nora.
