Police in Port Arthur arrested a resident there who fired shots outside his home then barricaded himself inside with a woman and child on Nov. 25, reports the Port Arthur Police Department.

On Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at approximately 7:51 a.m., officers were dispatched to a major traffic accident in the 2700 block of Spur 136 in Port Neches. According to PNPD Chief of Police Paul Lemoine, upon officers' arrival it was determined that a 2015 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was eastbound on Spur 136 and had crossed the center lane and struck a 2006 Ford tow truck that was traveling westbound on Spur 136. On Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at approximately 3:45 a.m., the Get N Go located at 2419 16th St. in Orange was robbed at gun point.
