Criminal District Attorney Cory Crenshaw announced today that Jefferson County resident Richard Hernandez, 53, has been found guilty by a Jefferson County jury of two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.  The trial was held in the Criminal District Court, Judge John Stevens, Jr., presiding over the course of two days.
