Fast & Furious: ‘Pissed off’ driver turns shooter

After he allegedly shot another man in the head with a shotgun after escalating a road rage incident which originated on North Major Drive July 27, a Jefferson County grand jury indicted a 26-year-old Beaumont man for aggravated assault Oct. 26.

The public hearing to gather input from citizens concerning a $23.9 million Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation (CSBG-MIT) application for Hardin County took place Oct. 25 as the Commissioners Court conducted a public hearing, the first phase of the application process.
