A second woman has now been indicted and arrested for what prosecutors say was her role in pilfering hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Triangle Area Network (TAN), formerly known as the Triangle AIDS Network, a nonprofit agency whose mission it is to provide healthcare to those who cannot afford it.

Police in Vidor arrested a 35-year-old man July 14 after multiple callers told police dispatch that they saw him acting erratically, picking up trash and apparently talking to the refuse, Officer Amber Valenciano of the Vidor Police Department reported.
