Years ago, when hearing “Mardi Gras,” you’d instantly think New Orleans, or maybe even the Galveston celebration. Not anymore.

Mardi Gras Southeast Texas is bigger and better than ever for the 23rd consecutive year, and the party for all ages will be held in downtown Port Arthur beginning Thursday, Feb. 12 through Sunday, Feb. 15.

The Broadway classic Guys and Dolls will play the Lutcher Theater on Friday, Feb. 6, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $65-$45 and can be purchased online at lutcher.org or by calling (409) 886-5535.
