Feb. 10, Joe Hernandez, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was taken into custody by the Galveston Police Department after turning himself in. In 1998, Hernandez was convicted of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child following incidents involving 2-year-old and 7-year-old girls.
