Officers with the Orange Police Department arrested a Louisiana man after a routine traffic stop led them to discover narcotics in the man’s car. On Tuesday, Jan. 22 at approximately 7:48 p.m., Officer Jeff Busby reported he observed a black 1995 Dodge Ram driving in the 1100 block of Burton St. in Orange. According to the report, the vehicle’s license plate was partially obstructed by an oversized trailer hitch, and the driver did not give adequate warning when making a right-hand turn, at which point he was pulled over.
