SH 105 in West Hardin County has been closed in both directions in front of West Hardin High School after an 18-wheeler overturned and spilled drilling mud on the roadway. Clean up crews are in route and officials estimate the highway will remain closed at least 3 hours.

Criminal District Attorney Cory Crenshaw announced today that Jefferson County resident Richard Hernandez, 53, has been found guilty by a Jefferson County jury of two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.
