Justin Tyrone Young, 35, of Beaumont, was indicted Sept. 25, for the murder of Alexis Neal, a 22-year old Beaumont woman, in connection with a fatal collision at the intersection of Long and 11th streets on January 9, 2014, announced Criminal District Attorney Cory Crenshaw.

City of Beaumont is repairing a large waterline near Major Drive. City officials advise the water is safe to use, however if you wash clothes at this time, you could cause staining. City Crews are almost near completion and are currently flushing the lines. Please open the faucets for a few minutes to clear your side of the pipes.
