Police arrested a “dangerous man” who was apparently in a state of excited delirium and exhibiting a bleeding chest wound after the man went behind the counter of a local McDonalds on June 17 and began acting as though he were an employees of the business, Officer Tony Harding of the Beaumont Police Department (BPD) reported.
