Toxicology report says KFDM anchor was intoxicated

A toxicology report on late KFDM anchor Bill Leger indicates that he had a blood alcohol level of .26, three times the legal limit of .08 allowed by the state of Louisiana, according to Trooper Stephen Hammons, public information officer for Louisiana State Police.
