Orange County Sheriff's deputies arrested two people on Tuesday, Feb. 18, after a search warrant executed at approximately 9 p.m. that evening reportedly lead them to discover 15 grams of methamphetamine at the residence located in the 3200 block of Stephenson Road in Orangefield.
According to a news release from OCSO, detectives with the special services division executed the search warrant on the residence and arrested 24-year-old Justin Lee Noland of Orangefield and 26-year-old Amber Nichole McGhen of Orange for possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.
Both suspects were transported to the Orange County Correctional Facility and arraigned by Judge David Peck. Noland's bond was set at $25,000. McGhen, who had two outstanding warrants for failure to appear and affidavit for the release of surety (bond forfeiture) related to a previous possession of dangerous drugs case, is being held on a $40,500 bond. Both remain in custody at the time of this report.
The City of West Orange and Orange Police Departments assisted in the investigation.
