So delicious … If you have been missing the mouth watering Boom Town Barbeque, they have moved to the West Park Shopping Center on Calder. Proprietor Chris Swanson comes by being a restaurant owner naturally, since many of you will remember the eatery Christopher’s, which was opened in 1973 by his parents Barbara Swope Carraway and Cookie Swanson, and named after their son Chris. Eating in or driving through, you will not be disappointed with this home-smoked barbecue!
