Orange police find drugs in apartment

Captain C. J. Hargrave of the Orange Police Department released information of a major drug bust within the city Friday, March 18.

According to his statement, shortly before 9 a.m. officers from the Orange Police Department Narcotics Division, with the assistance of the Pinehurst Police Department and the Pct. 2 Constable, executed a search warrant at an apartment located at 2600 Allie Payne Rd. (Fox Run Apartments). Officers seized approximately 32 grams of crack cocaine. The two adult residents of the apartment, 33- year-old Tramaine Collins and 21-year-old Britney Brown, were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree felony.
