BPD looks for convenience store robbers

Beaumont Police Department is looking for three suspects in a robbery of an Exxpress mart located at 4095 in the morning of Thursday, Aug. 23. 

According to a press release from Beaumont police Department, the clerk told investigators that three black males entered the store who put her on the ground and zip-tied her hands, they then preceded to take money from the register and break open the ATM. The suspects were able to get away with two drawers of money. Video obtained from surrounding businesses showed the three suspects entering and exiting the store, as well as leaving in a newer model maroon or dark colored Dodge Charger with paper plates that was waiting on them which then preceded to flee north on Old Dowlen Rd.  BPD stated that the suspects were only in the store for less than three minutes and appeared to know what they were doing. The clerk believed suspects had weapons, however she did not see one. 

The first suspect is between 5’6 and 5’8 and was wearing a gray hoodie, Addidas pants and gray shoes. The second suspect is taller than suspect one and was wearing a dark gray hoodie with white shirt underneath with dark pants and red shoes. The final suspect was the tallest of the three and heavy set; he was wearing a black hoodie, dark pants with gray shorts underneath as well as gray gloves with red and black shoes.
