Business helps those who help kids with disabilities

Seth Danna, co-owner of Salad Soulmates, stands next to Josie, a service dog, and his owner, Mallory Anderson of Canines for Disabled Kids at the Salad Soulmates downtown office to celebrate the company's pairing with the non-for-profit organization. Danna said the company, which recently started a retail line of its salad dressings, chose the service dog provider as its charity of choice after thorough research and liking what the organization was all about — helping disabled kids. Danna said his company will donate 5 percent of its retail-based profits to the group based in Princeton, Mass.
