Busted! Two arrested for meth sale in undercover operation

Two men were arrested in Orange on Feb. 20 after they allegedly tried to sell methamphetamine to an undercover officer, reports the Orange Police Department.

According to a report from OPD, 21-year-old Justin Blake Brown of Lumberton and 21-year-old Blaize Louis Lacaze of Vidor were arrested during an undercover operation executed by the OPD Narcotics Division and the Orange County Sheriff's Office assisted by the Sulphur Louisiana Police Department. According to OPD Capt. Cliff Hargrave, officers arranged to meet the two men in Orange to purchase methamphetamine. Both were placed under arrest at the scene for delivery of a controlled substance and taken to the Orange County Jail. Brown's bond was set at $55,000, and he was released on bond on Feb. 22. Lacaze remained incarcerated on a $50,000 bond at the time of this report.
