Disguised suspect robs Chase Bank

A man wearing what witnesses described as a dress and wig robbed Chase Bank in Orange on March 6, getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police are still searching for the deceptively dressed suspect.

According to a news release from Orange Police Department (OPD) Capt. Robert Enmon, a black male entered the business brandishing a firearm and demanded money. Bank staff complied and the suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency.

The black male was described as about 5-foot-6, wearing a blue and white dress, a blue zip-up jacket and a long black wig.

The suspect vehicle is a newer model silver four-door Dodge dually truck with running boards, mud flaps and a large metal front bumper.
