Double-murder suspect caught in Beaumont
Beaumont Police arrested Jose Chinchilla for two Capital Murder warrants at the French Road Apartments on Wednesday, June 20, at 1:40 p.m., the department said in a statement Wednesday afternoon. According to Officer Carol Riley, Beaumont Police worked with the US Marshall's from the time of the murders until Chinchilla was apprehended. Investigators received a Crime Stoppers Tip and Port Arthur PD was asked to assist. Port Arthur PD brought in their armored personnel carrier, known commonly as the "Bear." Chinchilla surrendered to SWAT and was transported to the Beaumont Police Department.

DOUBLE MUDERS SUSPECT ARRESTED
THE "BEAR" WAS USED FOR OFFICER SAFETY. THIS IDIOT HAD A ASSAULT WEAPON POINTED OUT OF THE WINDOW OF AN APARTMENT IN A LARGE COMPLEX. HE ALREADY WAS A SUSPECT IN THE MURDER OF TWO PEOPLE. AS A TAXPAYER I AM MORE CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF THESE OFFICERS AND OTHER CITIZENS, THAN I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE COST OF USING "THE BEAR". MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE VICTIM'S FAMILY AND TO THE TWO SMALL CHILDREN THAT LOST A MOTHER AND GRANDFATHER.

IT LOOKS LIKE HE WAS SMILING FOR THE CAMERA'S WHEN HE WAS ARRESTED. I BET HE WON'T BE SMILING WHEN THE JUDGE GIVES HIM THE DEATH PENALTY OR LIFE IN PRISON.
Short man complex?
I'm just curious if this little shrimp with the big head named for a small fuzzy rodent thinks he is some kind of cartel bad*** or just has a serious case of short man complex?
I'm sure rbblum would write that the "relevant" question is how much did it cost to drive the "BEAR" from downtown P.A. to the North End of Beaumont? Diesel is still expensive!
