Police in Beaumont are searching for the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery that occurred over the weekend, reports the Beaumont Police Department.

According to a news release from BPD, officers responded to a report of the robbery on Sunday, May 8. Witnesses told investigators that at close to 5:30 a.m., two men described as black males with “black hoodies” wrapped around their faces entered the Exxpress Mart store at 5710 Highway 105 in Beaumont. The suspects reportedly came into the store and put an unknown type handgun to the clerk's head, demanding money.
