Kountze woman identified in courtroom disruption

Sheriff Mark Davis with the Hardin County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a woman arrested Wednesday, Oct. 3, following her disruption in a Hardin County JP courtroom.

Amanda Lynn Robertson, 34, from Kountze became upset yesterday morning because her case was the last one on the docket in JP Jackie Werner's courtroom. She pulled a knife from her clothing, dropping it then picking it back up. She was turning to leave the courtroom when she was tackled by a deputy, who took her knife and arrested her.

She has since been arraigned and is in the Hardin County Jail under a $1,500 bond, charged with Hindering Proceedings by Disorderly Conduct.
