Man robbed, assaulted by four teens

On Saturday, May 28, at about 1 a.m., Beaumont police officers were called out to a reported aggravated robbery at the intersection of 10th and North streets. The victim, a 30-year-old man, said he was walking home from work and at the intersection a brown 90's model Delta 88 drove up beside him. Four black men jumped out of the vehicle and demanded his money. They then began to punch him as he tried to fight back. One suspect hit him with a handgun and the suspects then took his wallet and cash.

The suspects were described as being in their late teens, wearing white T-shirts and shorts, and all had low trimmed hair.
