Multiple home invasions in Port Arthur

Police in Port Arthur are currently searching for suspects connected to three separate home invasion robberies that were committed in between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on April 23.

PAPD officers responded to the first reported robbery in the 5100 block of 4th Street at approximately 1:13 a.m, according to a news release. Dispatch received a second report of a home invasion robbery from a different location, the 2900 block of 19th Street, at about 1:31 a.m. At 1:59 a.m., police were dispatched to a third residence in the 3700 block of 5th Street in reference to a third home invasion. According to police, the suspects in all three robberies forced entry into the homes using firearms.

No victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident, and police are saying it is unknown whether or not the similar crimes are connected. At this time, no suspects have been arrested. Anyone with information regarding the crimes should contact PAPD at (409) 983-8600.
