Residents robbed at gunpoint in Beaumont

Beaumont Police Department is searching for three men who, according to police, robbed four separate tenants of a Beaumont home early Saturday morning, July 19.

At about 6:11 a.m. July 19, patrol officers responded to a reported robbery at a house in the 4500 block of Kenneth Avenue in the South Park neighborhood of Beaumont.

Officers arrived and spoke with four separate tenants of this house. The victims advised that at about 5:45 a.m., three men forced their way into the house and robbed them at gunpoint. The robbers fled with an undetermined amount of cash and cell phones. During the robbery, one of the robbers struck a tenant with a handgun. The victim did not suffer serious injury in that assault. No other resident was physically injured during the robbery.

The tenants described the men as black males. The first robber was about 6-05, wearing a black tank top, a mask, and blue jeans. The second robber was about 6-02, armed with a handgun. The third robber was about 6-02.
