Three Houston men arrested in Walmart robbery

Jariot Culbert, 29; Demetrius Proctor, 23; and Nathan Rachal, 22

Wednesday, July 2, at 2:14 am, officers responded to a robbery at Walmart at 4145 Dowlen Road in Beaumont. Two black males entered the store, popped a secured drawer, removed a large amount of cash and threatened an employee. The suspects ran towards Kohl’s to a black Chevrolet Impala. A third suspect was in the drivers seat.

Officers located the Impala traveling southbound on Dowlen away from the scene. Officers stopped the Impala at Gladys and Dowlen. The suspects were identified as Jariot Culbert, 29; Demetrius Proctor, 23; and Nathan Rachal, 22, all from Houston.

Officers recovered the stolen money and other evidence from the robbery. The three suspects were arrested and transported to Jefferson County Correctional Facility. They were booked in for aggravated robbery.
