Two suspects at large after chase leads to Liberty

Jefferson County Sheriff's Office(JCSO) deputies have called off the search for two white male suspects after chasing the pair to Liberty and then deploying dogs and horses in an attempt to find the fleeing duo, reports the sheriff's office. 

According to the JCSO, deputies were in Liberty this morning searching for two males that led them on a car chase from Nome to Liberty. The suspects were in a stolen Charger out of Baytown. About an hour later, JCSO tweeted thatTDCJ was assisting with the search for the suspects and using tracking dogs and horses to search the area.

Deputies eventually called off the search, but the suspects are still at large. Deputies are still following up on leads and ask that anyone with information about the crime call the office at (409) 835-8411 or Crime Stoppers at (409) 833-TIPS (8477).
