Warren man killed in Eastex accident
The Beaumont Police Department has released the identity of a man killed in an accident that shut down Eastex Freeway on Wednesday. He was identified as Johnny Langton, 36, of Warren.
According to police reports, Langton was driving southbound on the freeway when it was struck by a Jeep hat had crossed over the median from the northbound lanes. The investigation is still ongoing as to why the accident occurred.
