Eastern District of Texas U.S. Attorney John M. The Texas Department of Transportation today announced the launch of a new Web-based  Crash Report Online Purchase System that allows the public to immediately access vehicle crash reports. Filed with TxDOT by law enforcement agencies, these reports often are requested by individuals seeking documentation of a crash.
