Beaumont man, Arthur Christopher Harmon, 23, was found guilty of the first-degree felony offense of murder and was sentenced to 45 years in prison, according to Assistant Jefferson County District Attorney Rachel Grove. Police in Port Arthur are warning the public that callers posing as emergency dispatchers are contacting city residents to tell them they have outstanding tickets and threatening arrest if they don't send money immediately.
