Beaumont Fire Rescue units responded to a reported structure fire at 1792 Hazel shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 6.

When firefighters arrived, they found the front of the house on fire. Firefighters were able to control the fire within minutes and the fire damage was moderate. The house was vacant with no utilities connected. The cause of the fire appears to be deliberate, Beaumont Fire and Rescue said in a press release.

Fire Suppression units of the Beaumont Fire/Rescue responded to a report of a structure fire at 1120 Liveoak at approximately 7 a.m. They arrived to find the structure heavily involved by fire. Firefighters initially conducted an interior fire attack, however heavy fire conditions forced firefighters to exit the structure. Fire suppression activities were then conducted from the exterior of the building and the fire was brought under control within fifteen minutes.

Fire Suppression units of the Beaumont Fire/Rescue responded to a reported fire at the vacant Castle Motel, located at 1125 North 11th St. Units arrived to find two building heavily involved by fire. Shortly after arriving on the scene a 2nd alarm was called and additional fire units were dispatched.

Firefighters arrived within minutes after a 911 call alerted them to a house fire at 1310 Galway Sunday, March 30, in Beaumont’s west end. 

Shortly after 3:40 p.m., Beaumont Fire Rescue units responded to find heavy flames engulfing the attic of the home and thick smoke billowing throughout the neighborhood.

A fire broke out at an abandoned building, formerly Hadley's Furniture warehouse, at the corner of McFaddin Avenue and Forrest Street in Beaumont around 11:15 p.m. Wednesday night, Sept. 18. 

Beaumont Fire Captain Earl White, who is investigating the incident, confirmed the fire was started deliberately.
