The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that BISD Trustee Zenobia Bush's son — Byron Bush — has been indicted for two counts of attempted capital murder and is currently in the Jefferson County Jail after Bush allegedly participated in a home invasion that resulted in the beating assault of an elderly woman and the exchange of gunfire with police at the Stone Hearst Apartments on East Lucas.
