UPDATE (11/7): The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has confirmed that Trevor Stephenson Gray, 25, of Vidor, was pronounced deceased this morning by the medical staff at St. Elizabeth's hospital.

There are no additional updates on the medical condition of the other injured victims.

On Sept. 29, at about 10 p.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) responded to a two vehicle crash on TX 62 in Orange County, Sgt. Stephanie Davis said in a release.

A head-on collision in Vidor resulted in multiple serious injuries with one of the vehicle knocked off the roadway, rolling multiple times before stopping.

According to a news release from the Vidor Police Department, dispatch received a call at 8:12 p.m. on Aug. 6 reporting a major accident involving a head-on collision at the intersection of SH-12 and Evengeline Lane near Quiet Village.

On March 17 around 2:00 p.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to a two vehicle crash on FM 365 in Jefferson County. The crash occurred just outside of the city limits of Port Arthur.

Update: At 5:45 p.m. The Texas Department of Public Safety announced that they have identified the deceased victim involved in the motor vehicle crash that occurred earlier on West Port Arthur Road as 49-year-old Martha Dianne Katan of Port Arthur.
