Aggravated Perjury charges have been filed against Michael Outley and Clarence Griffin, both of Beaumont. The charges arose out of their testimony in the Drug Impact Court of Jefferson County on November 2, 2015. Prosecutors allege that in an attempt to secure a new trial for Outley, both Outley and Griffin testified to facts, which were found to be untrue and fabricated.
