Lamar University’s Department of Theatre and Dance will close the 2012-13 season with “An American Sampler:” An Evening of Classic One-Act Plays April 25-28.
Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. April 25-27, and 2 p.m. April 28. The student-directed plays are each approximately half an hour long, and will be performed in the Studio Theatre.
Lamar University’s Department of Theatre and Dance breathes new life into one of William Shakespeare’s most popular tragedies “Macbeth,” opening Feb. 28. The fast-paced thriller of witches, prophesy, murderous ambition and warfare will run in the University Theatre through March 3.
