Port Arthur resident Vanessa Ann Davis, 54, was indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury for intoxication manslaughter and two charges of aggravated assault on July 20, reports the Jefferson County District Attorney's office. The indictments stem from the fatal motor vehicle crash that resulted in the death of Pamela Fields, 51, also a resident of Port Arthur, and the injuries caused to the other passengers in Davis’ vehicle.
