Just three short years in business, Britt Baker has become one of the most popular athletes on the Independent professional wrestling circuit. Standing 5-foot-7, the Pennsylvania native is sometimes fire, sometimes nice. From the U.S. to Japan, Baker has competed inside the square circle against some of the best in the business, recently seen on the WWE Network in NXT against Shayna Baszler.

But this Baker is different. She’s a doctor.

Gale-force winds are forecest inside the Beaumont Civic Center as Hurricane Pro Wrestling returns this Saturday, Sept. 22 with a loaded card featuring seven exciting matches. AXS TV continues to make strides as the next big player in the pro wrestling world. Already home to New Japan Pro Wrestling and many MMA events, an announcement was made June 18 that “WOW-Women Of Wrestling” is coming soon to its lineup.

Los Angeles Lakers owner Jeanie Buss, Mark Burnett, President of MGM Television and Digital Group and David McLane, the impresario behind the ’80s hit TV series GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling) have chosen AXS TV.

Hurricane Pro Wrestling is going all out to crown their first ever women’s champion at their next show at the Beaumont Civic Center on Saturday, June 16. A star-studded lineup already invited to compete for the coveted new title in a Gauntlet match just got bigger as former Impact Wrestling women’s champion Chelsea Green intends to add the HPW Women’s Championship belt to her already impressive trophy case.

Also scheduled for the show are The Pump Patrol, HPW heavyweight champion Terrell Tempo, Jordan Jensen, Ashton Jacobs, Estrella Galactica and many more.

The Great Americana Music Fest is music, market, food and beer, all wrapped into one. This is a first for the city of Beaumont, as it brings an incredible lineup of national and local Americana musicians, a market featuring unique goods from local vendors, the ultimate craft beer experience, pro wrestling, food and fun for the entire family. 

The festival will take place outside at the Great Lawn near the Event Centre in downtown in Beaumont (700 Crockett St.) beginning at high noon.
